WE WANT TO DO IT DIFFERENTLY, BETTER, WAY BETTER…WE WANT TO MAKE EXTRAORDINARY GOOD BURGERS. TO ACCOMPLISH THIS GOAL, WE PAY ATTENTION TO EVERY DETAIL.
We do not use mass-produced goods. Our beef in steak quality is regional, our bread is from a Munich family bakery and all sauces and chutneys are homemade. Every burger is rigoursly tested and constantly improved until we put it on our menu.
OUR PHILOSOPHY IS THEREFORE PRETTY OBVIOUS: REGIONAL, FRESH, AND HOMEMADE – THAT IS OUR PROMISE TO OUR GUESTS.
We are proud of our burger recipes because our burgers can taste like classics but also can taste like the unknown and wanderlust. We want to take every customer on a burger trip around the world, wherever he wants to go. We work hard on every detail and never go below our standards of quality and values to achieve this goal.
The Hamburgerei is, therefore, no fast food chain, but an honest burger restaurant in which we will welcome you like an old friend. We only serve food we would cook for our mother on her birthday. We want you to be comfortable in our restaurant, so that you look forward to your next visit.
