Our PHILOSOPHY

GOOD QUALITY AND DELICIOUS FOOD ALWAYS STARTS WITH THE INGREDIENTS – WE STAND BY THAT. WE DO NOT USE MASS-PRODUCENT GOODS. INSTEAD OF A FROZEN PATTY, WE USE FRESH BEEF PATTIES IN STEAK QUALITIY GRILLED ON A LAVA STONE GRILL. OUR BREAD IS FRESHLY BAKED IN A MUNICH FAMILY BAKERY AND OUR SAUCES AND CHUTNEYS ARE HOMEMADE!

Our burgers are our poster child, consequently, we consider the importance of their individuality. For this reason we like to take our time in developing new recipes and choosing our ingredients to provide our customers always the high quality they are used to.

Our philosophy is not only applied to our dishes, but to our drinks as well. Besides our own water, which we source from a nearby well to reduce our carbon foot print, we also offer our guests our own Hamburgerei beer as well as Hamburgerei spritzer and ice tea.

We regularly expand and change our menu so that our loyal customers can try different drinks, flavors, and burgers.
