SOUS-CHEF IN MUNICH
We are looking for a Sous-Chef (m/w/d) full or part-time
The “Hamburgerei” are fine dining burger restaurants in the heart of Munich, Augsburg, and Ingolstadt. In our restaurants, every dish is freshly prepared. Our focus lies on high-quality and regional ingredients.

Your responsibilities, besides preparing the food, include:
- Leading and motivating the kitchen staff
- Operational planning and roster planning of the kitchen staff
- Conducting courses, training, and induction
- Living and internalizing the Hamburgerei philosophy
- Implementation of the high-quality service-, quality-, and hygiene requirements
- Order and purchase of products
- Controlling and storing delivery notes
- Take the inventory of essential stock items
- Compliance with the guidelines concerning the cost of sales
